Hello! We're looking for a patient, reliable caregiver to help care for our mother, who has Alzheimer's. She is sweet, funny, and enjoys singing, dancing, and watching "America's Got Talent". Schedule: - Shifts 7 a.m. - 7 p.m. and 7 p.m. - 7 a.m. non-negotiable. - We are hiring daytime shifts Thurs/Sat/Sun. Please reply with your availability! - Part of a team of 6-7 caregivers providing 24/7 care, always 2 caregivers at a time Location: Huntington NY Responsibilities: - Support with mobility - companionship - Help using the bathroom (female applicants only for this reason) - dressing & showering - Light meal prep and feeding Compensation & Benefits: - $35/hour after taxes - Paid on the books - 2 weeks PTO plus holidays Requirements: - Experience with dementia - US citizen or permanent resident - Have your own transportation
