About who needs care: Hello, my Dad needs assistance returning to his apartment He has been in New York for two weeks to escape some of the aftermath Hurricane Helene. I'm looking for someone help drive him back to his apartment. He is a bit unsteady on his feet, and has some forgetfulness due to age related decline. This has caused him to face challenges like forgetting where he's parked and losing his phone charger. His apartment is undamaged but he's been anxious about returning to a community that is recovering from the storm. He also has a history of several other health conditions, but has visited and been cleared on Sunday 10/13. There should be no other active health issues. He has lived his own up to this point and is still largely self sufficient. I'm hoping that whoever accepts this job is a very patient listener. My dad chose to come to New York hoping to receive a warm reception from his Ex-wife and family who he is not close to. He is sad that this did not occur, and looking for someone who is interested in hearing his life story. We are hoping he can be home within the next two weeks, but specific dates are flexible.
