About who needs care: Help with baths, making lunch, companionship and assisting with the tv remote. Working on puzzles. My mother has trouble with her speech due to a recent stroke but can get around with walker and cane. She lives in our home on the first floor. We make breakfast and dinner daily and eat with her. She is lonely when we are at work. We do worry about her safety as she has fallen several times in the past before moving in with us. Ideal times would be 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at least 3 days a week About the care needs: Older woman, patience, understanding how to deal With stroke patients and good listener Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
