About who needs care: Stroke victim with left side paralysis. He doesn't walk, has a power wheelchair. Needs to be moved with a Hoyer lift. He's a member of the Fort Plain Volunteer Fire Department. About the care needs: Caregiver should have a lot of patience and a great sense of humor. Caregiver needs to be able to handle a 250 lb. man who has very limited mobility. Services needed include: companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
