Live-in Home Care Needed For My Mother In Forest Hills

About who needs care: My mother has dementia and Parkinson disease she is in a wheelchair and needs assistance bathing and cleaning up. She cant really walk and is also in adult diapers. She needs someone patient who is able to maneuver her from bed to wheelchair to chair. She has a dog and 2 cats and lives with my dad. I would also like someone who takes initiative and encourages my mom to eat and doesnt constantly wait to be told to change her or feed her etc About the care needs: Be able to maneuver her from bed to wheelchair and change and bath her Patience is a must as dementia is advanced Someone friendly who takes initiative to try to engage my mom and do the things that need to be done without constant prompts from myself or my dad Must be okay with animals as there is a dog and 2 cats Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
