About who needs care: We have hospice care for my father, but he is non-ambulatory. He needs assistance using the commode, being bathed on a regular basis, and assistance if he does need to be moved. He is late-stage cancer and we are looking to fill gaps which our Hospice care is not designed to provide. About the care needs: Sense of Humor, Ability to realize any verbal criticisms at this point should not be taken personally. His decline can, at-times, be critical, but this is not normal. Most of the time he is humorous, agreeable and will follow commands. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
