Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In East Setauket

We need hands-on care to take care of my mother. We would prefer someone who can handle light housekeeping. Some help needed with bathing. Additional responsibilities include meal preparation. We're looking for someone to provide companionship. Duties include transportation (doctor's appointments, errands, etc.). Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker. Occasional overnight care may be required. Position is four (4) consecutive days in a row each week from Thursday through Sunday. Each day is from 10 a.m. - 7 p.m. for total of 36 hours per week.
