Companion Care Needed For My Grandmother In East Meadow

About who needs care: S and J T are an elderly couple in their 90's looking for in-home assistance as their vision and mobility are impaired. Occasional rides to Dr.'s appointments would be helpful but is not required. About the care needs: Caregivers who are patient and understanding would be great as J suffers from mild dementia. Ability to get up and down stairs as laundry is in the basement and we could use help with that task. Looking for someone who can help with light housekeeping and occasional assistance getting from room to room (they both use walkers). They are otherwise self sufficient, dress and bathe themselves, etc. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
