About who needs care: My mother was diagnosed with dementia in 2022. My mother's main hobby is watching television. An ideal day would be starting the morning off with a shower, eating breakfast, enjoying some time watching television, playing cards, and enjoying company. Lunchtime around noon, sometimes an afternoon nap, and dinner around 6-7 p.m. My mother is typically in bed by 8:30-9 p.m. About the care needs: A positive and warm personality would be ideal to counteract some of the sadness she feels on a regular basis. The specialized skills would currently relate to helping her use the bathroom and general hygiene. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
