About who needs care: She has a few health issues including failing eye sight in one eye and a history of a spike in BP that causes her to pass out. She has always been a home-body and has never driven. She enjoys sitting outside in the sunshine and caring for her plants. She has had hobbies of knitting and crocheting and puzzles, but has been limited with her eyesight in recent years. She lives by herself with little family in the area. We are looking for someone who could check in on here and occasionally get her groceries and take her to the doctor. She does come stay with us a couple of times a year for a few weeks at a time. About the care needs: Looking for a nice, friendly person who has a calm demeanor. Prefer a woman maybe with some similar hobbies and interests that could be topics of conversation. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
