Looking for a hands-on caregiver to support a 90-year-old man who was recently discharged from the hospital with a mild stroke. He needs to be watched and someone around in case he falls. He will need support walking, with personal care, preparing meals that are soft / cut up, medication prompting (crushed), and light housekeeping. Does not need support toileting at the moment. Looking for someone warm and responsible with experience with clients with cognitive decline. We are flexible on days / times but will need to set a steady schedule together.
