About the job
I'm looking for hands-on care for my friend in their 20s. I am their primary caregiver, this would be a backup care position for when I'm taking a day off. Ideally, once a month or so. We're looking for someone who is LGBT/queer friendly and willing to remain vaccinated and masked whenever working. Assistance with medication prompting is needed. Some tidying up is involved. Some personal care may be required, including help with cooking as my friend is a chef but needs help cutting solids, and help climbing stairs. Additional responsibilities include meal preparation. Part of your responsibilities will include running errands. Duties include transportation (doctor's appointments, errands, outings, etc.). Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and comfortable with cats.
