About who needs care: She has CBD a brain disease which has affected her to do for herself as well as wheelchair bound. She needs 24 hr coverage once a month for 3 days. She uses a Hoyer Lift and needs to be fed and given her meds. About the care needs: A friendly patient and caring individual. Must be able to use Hoyer lift for toileting, dressing a moving from bed to recliner. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
