About who needs care: He has Alzheimer's disease. He sleeps most of the day/night. He needs assistance getting out of the hospital bed to use the commode next to the bed. He is under the care of hospice. About the care needs: Being able to assist Dad in getting him to the commode. Dad is 98 and weighs approx 110 pounds. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
