Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Buffalo

About who needs care: Hello! Mom's mobility issues are new from spinal stenosis. Up until last week she has lived independently with only companionship care. Lovely home in South Buffalo, with most accessibility modifications already made. Mom likes to read, go to church (Lutheran) and participate in family activities. With health changes, we are now seeing need for assistance in the early AM to be on hand as she gets up, showered and dressed, and then downstairs for breakfast. Then the same assistance needed in the late afternoon/evening hours for dinner and to bed. She sleeps roughly 7PM-6 a.m. No overnight care needed. About the care needs: Mom's faith is very important to her and someone with Christian beliefs would be most compatible. Since assistance with bathing is necessary, she would only be comfortable with a female caregiver. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
