About who needs care: gets up around 10, needs help bathing, dressing, take med, fix breakfast and clean up aftert, take other meds. Sometimes needs help in bathroom, rests or watches tv, or maybe just talk . Fix lunch, then leave about the care needs: my mom is very private, so someone good at gently coaxing her to accept help, and then applying necessary tasks with respect while preserving her dignity.
