About who needs care: At baseline full mobility and functioning; recent stay in subacute rehab secondary to fall at home and has been in subacute rehab for 3 months and is now getting back to functioning including walking unassisted at times but still has walker. About the care needs: Kind and patient and clean. Willing to help organize and make things easier for times when my mom has to be on her own. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
