About who needs care: some dementia, 88 pounds, needs to be taken to the bathroom, wears diapers, needs to be washed in her hospital bed an put to sleep. We have a specific schedule, easy food schedule, She watches tv in her living room of her own house. I live with her but work and am not here on the weekends. My son lives in the house and would let the helper in and out. He works during the day About the care needs: They should be young enough and strong enough to walk behind her and hold her under her arms so she doesnt fall.
