Seeking Full-time Senior Care Provider In Bronx

We need a senior care provider with experience for our mother who has dementia. We would prefer someone who can be a companion to her (make conversation, watch tv, go on walks when the weather permits, etc.) and then we'd like some help with bathing, dressing, preparing meals and light housekeeping.
