Seeking Part-time Senior Care Provider In Bearsville

I need help caring for my husband who has Alzheimer's and is in a wheelchair. I am looking for a very patient, gentle person who has experience working successfully with people who have dementia. My care concerns are: Transferring from wheelchair to bed or car and vice versa. Personal care. Medication Prompting, Light Housekeeping, Mobility Assistance, Help Staying Physically Active, Bathing / Dressing, Heavy Lifting, Feeding, Meal Preparation, Companionship. Someone with a CNA is preferred.
