About who needs care: My mom is 87 and has been diagnosed with dementia. So fare, she still functions independently and can perform all of her ADLs. She has memory issues and experiences some hallucinations. She lives with her spouse who is 86. He still drives, she does not. I am looking for supports with transportation, home care, medication monitoring, perhaps meal prep and grocery shopping. About the care needs: Someone outgoing and friendly. Mom and her husband are quite social and involved with their local church. Mom used to paint and enjoyed doing crafts, but hasn't done much lately. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
