Hands-on Care Needed For My Grandmother In Albany

About who needs care: Hello my name is Ed. I am seeking a caring individual for help taking care of my grandmother with dementia. My grandmother is currently 95 years old and weighs 85 pounds. Our family would like help with companionship, light meal prep and personal care w transferring. We have been in a memory care unit, and as a family we decided it would be a better and safer place for my grandmother to be home. We are hoping to meet the special person to help us with this my grandmother About the care needs: My grandmother likes to sit in the chair and eat lollipops. There are often times when she is very quiet with not a lot of conversation. She is very content just relaxing most of the time. Dementia experience is highly recommended Services needed include: companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
