Seeking Part-time Senior Care Provider In Albany

About who needs care: My grandmother is currently in a skilled nursing facility for rehabilitation following a broken hip. We would like someone to visit her on most weekdays for a few hours to provide companionship, accompany her to therapy and take notes for family, bring her around to activities, help her get things she needs in her room etc. About the care needs: We would like someone who will be proactive and energetic - advocating for my grandmother when she needs it, encouraging her to be as active as possible, helping her keep her mood up. Services needed include: companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
