Evening Care For 94yo Mother.

Looking for about 4 nights per week 5pm-9 p.m. Relieve her day-aide, take her out to a restaurant for dinner or order in (her preference - your dinner is included), give her the evening pills, get her into her nightgown and depends, let her wind down (watching TV or reading) and get her settled into bed, and set the alarms. Also sometimes you'll be asked to run to the grocery store with her if she's out of something. Services needed include: Transportation, meal preparation (occasionally), errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
