About who needs care: I need help with supplement management, meal prep, laundry and getting organized for my week of work. About the care needs: I live with MS and chronic pain. I am a Christian empty nester new to Sparks and try to get settled in. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
