Seeking Senior Care Provider In Sparks

I need senior care provider with experience. He is an 60-year-old man with early stages of early onset dementia and short term memory loss. He is still self sufficient mostly but needs some guidance with reminders for medication. He is no longer able to drive due to the dementia and also seizure disorder. Our care concerns are: Medication Prompting, Companionship, Transportation, Medication management is required. Looking for a caring and compassionate companion to come everyday during periods when we need to travel. Duties include transportation (doctor's appointments, errands, etc.). In addition we have 3 large dogs. One of them requires being supervised on a lead in the backyard because she is an escape artist! This would include checking to make sure dogs were fed, and taken outside. This would be on and off for a few days at a time.
