About who needs care: She is 103 with good mental faculties. Melanoma on her nose. Looking for help from the time she wakes up (I would like someone to wake her up at 7am, do morning routine including toileting, dressing, feeding, light housekeeping) for 3-4 hours. then again in the afternoon for toileting, feeding (approx 1-2 hours). No need for nightly routine. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
