Companion Care Needed For Myself In Las Vegas

I need companion care to take care of myself in Las Vegas. I'm looking for someone to provide companionship. Part of your responsibilities will include running errands. I ask that you handle transportation as needed -- mostly Dr. appointments. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and comfortable with pets. I had a stroke several years ago that effected my balance so have a tendency to topple in the direction I happen to be leaning. I don't need someone to lift me but just to push my body in the direction of a chair or table.
