I am seeking two additional caregivers for my 84-year-old mother, who has short-term memory loss and Parkinson's disease. Both of my parents require 24-hour care. My father, a retired surgeon, is independent and manages his and my mom's medications, but he needs assistance with meal preparation and transporting my mother. The caregivers will be responsible for my mother's daily routine, which includes transferring, toileting, bathing, and dressing her. Additionally, they will need to prepare three balanced meals each day for my father. The caregivers will also assist in filling my mother's feeding tube and addressing occasional bowel issues. The starting salary for these positions is $52, 000 annually, with the potential for rapid salary increases. Benefits include PTO, medical, and paid holidays. This is a salaried position.
