About who needs care: He is a vent dependent quadriplegic. All equipment in home. Paid training provided. Best fit is a highly skilled CNA or LPN. Must be able to turn 200 pound male. Nights and day needed. 12 hour shift. About the care needs: Upbeat, reliable (small staff so you must be dependable, arrive on time, not call out, etc.) Able and willing to learn. Prior medical care in a CNA or LPN capacity. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
