About who needs care: Change sheets, full size, start laundry, use electric broom on floors (small, 1 br apt) and take out garbage. About the care needs: FYI, I have 2 cats. I'd like someone who is quiet, wears no cologne, works efficiently, pays attention to detail, keeps phone calls to a minimum and can ride an elevator to the 3rd floor. Also, I'd like to pay with online app before they leave to make sure their money is processed. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
