About the job
I'm looking for a helper for my mother's care primarily, but also a helper for my family. I need someone who is gentle but firm in helping my mother get to appts, bathe, eat better, take her medication, socialize & get her out for fun every so often. She does have short term memory issues & has had great difficulty not being completely in control of her own care. I need someone who can help cook simple meals, help clean/organize at least the 1st floor where my mom lives, & someone who's willing to work with me to organize my moms needs 1st & house needs as time permits. I'm overwhelmed & need help. There is street parking available We have 2 dogs, pom/terrier mixes. They bark & need more training, but are very sweet.
