About who needs care: My dad is in the hospital with a brain infection. He has been in the hospital for 5 days and it does not appear to be getting better. I know the nurses do the best they can, but he cannot care for himself at all and I cannot be there 24 hours a day and neither can the nurses. I am looking for someone who can at least be my eyes and ears when we cannot be there. About the care needs: He is a veteran and loves his country. He is a man who and do and fix anything. We are seeking someone who is able to tend to him in the overnight hours when he wakes and is confused as to where he is to calm him. His cognitive ability is limited and we are unsure when or if this will recover.
