About who needs care: I have multiple sclerosis, which is a neurodegenerative, autoimmune disease. I need help with basics, like picking up groceries, doing chores around the house, help setting up appointments and planning. This will help me save some energy to do other things in my life. I can still run and hike and I also rock climb. Im fairly social but it does take a lot of energy. I also work part time About the care needs: I need someone I can trust. Someone that is compassionate. I need someone that can do basic household chores and can also plan and keep me on task. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
