About who needs care: My sister, Sharon, had a stroke 6 months ago. She lives at home by herself. She's able to walk - slowly. She's still struggling with her right leg. She has no mobility in her left arm. Her speech is getting better but often times she struggles to speak. Prior to stroke, she was extremely independent. She worked full-time at the coal mine. Hobbies? She really can't do anything right now since she can only use her left arm. About the care needs: Personality - need someone with lots of energy to somehow relay that energy to Sharon. Someone very patient and sympathetic. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
