About who needs care: Alzheimer's for almost 7 years. Halucinations at times. This J S's language became less clear, often hard to communicate with. Needs bath care, directions to toilet. Mood swings sometimes. Selective vision. Since J is not eating enough. Usually walks OK, sometimes needs help. Hobbies and interests have largely fallen away. Structure is open. About the care needs: Female Experience with Alzheimer's is most important. Able to go over her experience/feedback on S is also very important to me. Services needed include: companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
