Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Albuquerque

I need a hands-on care provider with Alzheimer's / Dementia experience for my mother in her 80s. Looking for a caring and compassionate companion. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker. She likes to keep busy. Would like the companion to bring ideas to keep her busy. But often, just attention, chatting, singing with her, are good. She can't make sense in a conversation anymore, but she still likes to try! She is usually happy and easy to re-direct. She likes to walk around the back yard, and 'discuss' the plants.
