About who needs care: She has dementia. She wont remember the caregiver from day to day. We need someone who can establish rapport, routine and regular hygiene. My parents live in my home so my husband and are close by and are very involved and supportive. About the care needs: We need a kind but firm person who has experience with Alzheimers. She would do well with someone who can joke around with her and create daily rapport. She wont remember the caregiver so we need someone who is patient with her. We need help getting her out of bed.
