About who needs care: Wheelchair bound senior man Starting 12/18/24: 10-14 hrs. /week at $17/hr. (paid by Medicare) Only evening duties for 2 to 3 hrs. per night as listed in below job description. Beginning the week of 01/20/2025, transition to below job description: 1 hour in AM for a few personal caretaking duties 3 to 4 hours about 7-10 p.m. for dinner prep, bedtime prep enjoys conversations about movies and documentaries likes to joke around a bit likes classical music occasional errands out using his car About the caregiver: cheerful, likes to joke patient encouraging on time Would be open to having more than 1 caretaker for AM and PM and/or weekdays/weekend Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, help with bathing / dressing, companionship.
