Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Albuquerque

About who needs care: Limited Mobility but gets around on a walker and a scooter. Goes to the bathroom on his own. Would need periodic help with showers. He does not smell but daily hygiene is out of a sink. Mostly watches TV. Need help with some meal preparation, light housework, companionship. He is home alone most of the day. In the evening my sister lives there but she has a full time job. About the care needs: Somebody who has patience with older people. He repeats himself several times a day. He does read the newspaper every day. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
