Hello We are looking for someone to watch/assist our father who is in Rehab. He has had 3 strokes. Recently had a major UTI and pneumonia. Was in ICU and a step down for 3wks and Currently in a rehab facility. Majority of the hours would be 11pm-11 a.m. Someone to keep him from pulling out his catheter or feeding peg or climb out of bed. His cognitive has suffered, but he's progressing. Occasionally, he gets confused/trouble focusing but never combative. About the care needs: Basically -Have conversation when hes up to it - Turn him every couple of hours, so as not to get bedsores -check to see if needs to be changed or monitor that staff is checking on him regularly -that his med, feeding, etc was done Services needed include: companionship. Laundry not necessary
