About who needs care: Needs help with meal prep, and ADLs, can walk and is cognitively intact. Living alone, was recently discharged from hospital about 2 weeks ago, refused rehab facility. Has had someone staying with her but now caregiver needs a break. May need longer until regains strength. About the care needs: Someone who is very meticulous, neat, and clean. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
