About who needs care: discharging from SNF from broken back and covid. Needs help with errands like groceries, meals, pharmacy and light housekeeping. He will have 5 hours/week of PT and OT home care services including bath aide. About the care needs: Uncle is particular, a bit entitled but also very sweet and funny. Someone with a thick skin who doesn't offend easily. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
