Seeking Full-time Senior Care Provider In Union

About who needs care: I have COPD, I need help at night to change clothing, use urinal. I can walk with a walker with supervision. I need some help with toileting. I spend my days watching tv. Right now I have home OT and PT, but that will not last much longer. About the care needs: Outgoing, kind person would be a good fit. Needs to know how to assist with bed mobility and changing clothes in bed during the night. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
