About who needs care: * Patient has many health issues * Patient takes many medications * Patient can walk on walker * Patient is hard of hearing and wears hearing aids * Patient needs assistance bathing & using bathroom * Patient wears diapers for occasional urinary incontinence * Patient resides on first floor of single family house. Patient sleeps in hospital bed. Full bath for bathing is on first floor. * Caretaker would have private bedroom and full bath on second floor. Caretaker needs to be able to assist patient with bathroom usage during the overnight hours if needed. * Typical Day - Morning: assist patient out of bed, bring to bathroom, bathe (usually 3 times per week), and dress patient daily. Administer medications and prepare breakfast. Afternoon: Prepare lunch. Assist patient to bed for nap. Evening: Assist patient out of bed. Patient will usually have dinner with family members, but caretaker could be needed occasionally to prepare dinner for patient. Bedtime: Administer medications, assists patient with getting into pajamas and into bed. About the care needs: Patient is friendly and gets along well with most people. She does enjoy when people talk with her. Services needed include: feeding, and bathing / dressing.
