About who needs care: ALS past year plus. not able to walk, talk, or eat. uses feeding tube. daily routine with bathing, getting out of bed, using commode, moving from wheelchair to chair, back to commode and then chair, and then to bed at night About the care needs: any PT experience is great, self motivated, doesn't need a lot of direction once routine is established. speaks English. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
