Companion Care Needed For My Mother In Paramus

I'm looking for companion care for my mother in her 90s. We're looking for someone to provide companionship. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker. My Mother's eyesight is poor. Would like someone to read to her. Take her out of the grounds. My mother is mostly wheelchair bound. The Veterans Home will only allow a companion. So, they provide all activities of daily living.
