About who needs care: Recent hip fracture. Transfers with help to wheelchair. Walks with a walker. Needs help based on time of day dressing or undressing for bed. Possible bathing but shower chair available and accessible shower. Change bed linen and general company. Basically to give caregiver extra help. About the care needs: He is a little forgetful just repetition questions so just willing to talk and converse with him. Hes accepting of his situation. Knows he needs to rehab. Hes staying with a friend thats a caregiver. Services needed include: feeding, and bathing / dressing.
