Provide care for an 88-year-old wheelchair bound female. Every morning requires changing her adult diaper, washing up and getting her dressed. Light duties including making breakfast, cleaning dishes, bringing in mail, taking medication and food shopping. Client also needs assistance to transfer from bed to wheelchair and from wheelchair to commode using transfer board.
