Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In North Bergen

About who needs care: Looking for information at this time. My dad is in Nursing home but he is not being well cared for and has digressed considerably while there. I want to explore possibly bringing him home now that I have an extra room. About the care needs: Main skill is patience and compassion. Would like someone who is savvy in making pureed meals as my dad does not have the capability to eat normal food consistency. Keep him clean and be able to speak with him and keep him verbally active. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
